As stated on earlier's show, here is the update on Elon Musk's purchase of Twitter. He has done it and is positioned to become full owner of the company later this year. We will see if he makes good at returning Free Speech to the platform.

According to the Daily Wire, on "Monday" evening the Board of the Social Media Platform Twitter has officially released a statement admitting they have agreed to accept Elon Musk's offer to purchase the company. They continue to report that Musk will pay "$54.20 per share. A total purchase value of "$44 billion."

To anyone that has been paying attention to Musk's actual words are excited about the prospect of Free Speech returning to the platform, but Twitter employees are not that amused by the sale of their beloved narrative machine. So much so the took to an office communication app to complain about it. Complaints that recently got leaked to the public.
Timcast reports the undercover journalist outfit Project Veritas has "released" the "leaked" conversation this past Tuesday. A conversation that was between the CEO and Twitter's employees. A conversation that lasted for around "45 minutes" according to Timcast. The leaked audio can be heard in Project Veritas's video below.
Musk himself takes to the social media platform in his unique trolling way to announce the deal succeeded with a glorious tweet. Musk tells his followers that his "next" acquisition will be "Coca-Cola" so he can "put the cocaine back in." Something I am sure the most ardent druggies would appreciate if he was serious and not joking.
Now I understand some of you find Elon to be a borderline Bond villain due to his investment in developing the Nureilink, but if he does follow through with his statements on Free Speech we could see a revival of this dying platform. Since the platform started its Draconian Censorship policies everything that made it fun, amusing and enjoyable has all been removed. At least almost all. Musk himself remains and we here at the studio cannot wait to see what he does with the platform
